Level E combines state of the art data analysis technologies used in
the field of machine learning with financial expertise to create a
unique and cutting-edge trading technology. Level E provides high
frequency indicators as signals for the investment management community
to help with informed and intelligent financial decision making and
risk management.
Level
E was launched in March 2006, and has since attracted over $2.8 million
investment in competitive research and development grants from a wide
range of sources, including private investment and sales. Conceived
during its founder, Sonia Schulenburg's PhD project in 1996, Level E
continues to grow substantially with large and varied investments
thanks to its novel approach to financial modeling.
The ever expanding technical team includes several post
doctoral level researchers, and Level E has close ties with the
University of Edinburgh, at the global forefront of Informatics and
Machine Learning Research.
